You can enter your mobile number and email id and create your account. Also, you use a guest user for express checkout.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at info@miniapparels.com with your order number. Please note that cancellation can only be made for orders not dispatched from the warehouse. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and would be subjected to a return/ replacement policy.

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply follow the tracking link in this email to view the up-to-date tracking. If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please wait until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.* Your tracking updates may be delayed, but they should update soon.

To confirm we have received your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you do not receive an email, please: • Check your spam & junk (or promotional) email folder in case this has automatically filtered through here. Email us straight away with your full name and order number at info@miniapparels.com as we may have an incorrect email address for you.

We accept ALL major credit cards, including PayPal. All payments are securely processed with 128-bit encryption - nice!
